We need, above all people's lives, especially of those most in need. And we need, above all, promote the urgent skills of our main asset, which is our human capital.

How is it possible that millions of fellow immigrants, working hard abroad, achieve their performance and achieve a better life? What we are saying this? It is very simple: we are saying that THE PROBLEM IS NOT IN OUR TOWN, OUR PEOPLE, BUT IN THE MINDSET GOVERNMENTS AND LEADERS LEADING THE COUNTRY.

The only privileged of my government management are those that our bishop and martyr, Archbishop Oscar Arnulfo Romero, defined as "the poor" as "vulnerable" as "excluded" economic and social development.

But rigorously identify and punish those few who deviate from their role and become accomplices of these criminals.

Thus, in a gradual and localized, that drug trafficking starts to infiltrate and transform governments and rulers in their hostages. El Salvador can not enter into this circuit of terror and fear, as we can not allow segments of society, especially the poorest people, are held hostage by gangs and bands, composed of children, no less dangerous.
